Timex Group USA, which is the current name, but the company was founded in 1954 as Waterbury Clock Company. Later in 1969 the company became Timex Corporation and thereafter in early 2008 the company was restructured and Timex Group USA became subsidiary company of Timex Group B.V.

Timex produces finest watches. This year they are celebrating 160^th anniversary of the company. For all those years, company has earned so much value in the eyes of customers through high quality and best design in watches.
